How is pricing determined?

What's the cancellation policy?
- More than 60 minutes before pickup — full refund
- Less than 60 minutes before pickup — no refund
What's the delay policy?
We aim to be on time for every booking.
- Up to 15 minutes delay is acceptable
- Delays above 15 minutes — 50% discount on next booking (subject to review)
- Delays may be caused by traffic, roadworks, protests or incidents
